There is a Man, a Gentleman and a very good friend who looked out for me and took me under his wing. I was a young man who didn’t fit the ‘Norm’ but a man called Anthony King ‘Understood Me’ for what I was and am. The days and nights I spent in the ‘Cross’. From the night before and the day after my nights. I knew a man called ‘Kingy’ would be there. This man was and is my ‘Knight in Shining Armour’. There was a Sunday I remember I was due to go back Home…I heard a voice from behind the bar ‘Richi Rich’ how do you fancy the ‘Blue Pig’. Now I wasn’t the kinda guy that would frequent such a place ! but this man called ‘Kingy’ told me I’d be safe….. He took me there we had some beers!! The place was such a Dive!! But I loved it so because of a man called ‘Kingy’. Who said and he did. Look after me !! I wish, I wish, I wish so many things…… No amount of words can say. How sorry I am to hear that Mr King is no longer here… I will always remember the good times and the ‘Smile’ he put on my face.
