There is a USAREUR-wide network outage that is affecting all USAREUR vehicle registration actions. Currently, we can only provide limited service for outgoing PCS/ETS transitions. If you must out-process vehicle registration this week, please bring your license plates, all paperwork needed to clear, and a memorandum for record signed by your unit commander that validates your vehicle status. Please note that vehicle inspections are NOT affected by this outage and will continue as usual. Thank you for your patience as USAREUR works to fix this outage.
