There is a difference between including carbohydrates in your diet to ensure health and performance benefits are taken advantage of and over consuming carbohydrates and nailing every biscuit or cake in sight. Carbs are not inherently bad. I believe most people would benefit from smartly regulating their intake of carbs but cutting them out completely is both unnecessary and unhealthy. I would encourage people to consume as many carbohydrates a day as possible while working towards your goals. Whats your favourite carb source?
