There is a elderly gentleman who is a regular at the gym in the mornings...he always smiles and shares interesting anecdotes - he is a real gentleman who just seems to be so happy and content....a role model... I saw this gentleman again today in the gym - he comes to the gym religiously with my trainer twice a week...always good humour and remarkably energetic for a man of his age - he will be 99 on 7th January...I took a picture this morning with him...on Monday he came down to the gym but was in a wheelchair so I was a bit worried about him...today he walked without the need for the wheelchair thank heavens....incredibly inspirational guy... Sometimes you meet people in your life who stop you in your tracks - Mr Chung is a real example to follow...he really is an inspiration....
