There is a famous expression , If it is to be, it is up to me. We post it, we tweet it and if someone attaches a picture of kitten to it , we may even share it. Yet, when it comes to peace in the Middle East , shortly after the murder of 3 of our boys, all of the sudden it is , Carpet Bomb Gaza or Free Gaza; Destroy Hamas What ever happened to personal accountability? To : it is up to me! ? Lets look at the miracles we have merited Over 600 rockets fired and not a single one killed anyone directly. (Pu pu pu) Are we so blind, we cant see G-ds hand in this? If we have the technology to level Gaza, dont you think the enemies of the Jews could get thier hands on similar weoponry? Do we really think that the vaunted IDF could stand up against 22 countries if they all attacked at once if G-d didnt want them to succeed? So , you will tell me G-d wants us to succeed. So why is He letting the rockets get fired in the first place? We can agree that its all miraculous. We thank G-d for the Iron Dome; we thank G-d for the IDF. And we should thank Him for all that. But , why do the rockets keep coming if He is so involved ? Maybe , He is trying to remind us that He gave us an instruction manual for living that 89 percent of world Jewry is picking and choosing what they feel like following and the other 11 percent has room for improvement too. He CAN stop the rockets and bring peace to the Middle East. Maybe He is waiting for a sign that we deserve it ? Forget Kerry ; Forget Clinton or Egypt. If it is to be; its up to you and me.
