There is a great website/app called next door. Its a private social network for you and your neighbors to discuss what is going on, like be on the look out, why is?, lost found, recommendations and so on. I think there are several people that can benefit from this on here. You put your street in and that determines what neighborhood you are in and you can only join that neighborhood, your address is private.
