There is a lot of anxiety related to the potential contamination of babies milk powder with the botulism bacteria. Symptoms can present themselves 3-30 days following ingestion of the contaminated milk. So if your baby is tired , floppy, is feeding poorly with a weak suck or not coping well with little chokes, has a weak cry, is constipated,has any facial weakness or any other weakness symptoms then take them to your GP to be checked.
