There is a lot of darkness in the winter time. Outside and within for some of us. The cave of Bear offers many lessons of the whirl wind of which we are all in. That is the process in which we get to look at who we really are. In the way of personal strength of spirit. And as always we have a choice of what to keep and what to throw out of our lives. For the betterment of who we are deep within our soul. It is a personal choice for each one of us. Even if we refuse to choose we still have made a choice as to how we will proceed. To be happy or sad, hurt or mad it is all up to us. To see which choice best benefits us on the way to becoming all we are intended to be. I was once told to choose wisely, for I am in control of my life nothing happens by accident to me. Sure I could blame the world or specific people I see but how will that really benefit me. That is the long way around to understanding. That I was and will always be in charge of what happens to me. You get what you need when you need it most and nothing is ever as it seems. And its time we start to have personal responsibility for our growth as a human being. We get no where pointing a finger at others for choices we make on a moment to moment basis. But we gain so much when we take control of our lives and refuse to lie to ourselves any longer and begin to make changes.
