There is a movie about to hit the theaters called The Boys of Abu Ghraib which is about the unfortunate incidents that happened there while the 800th MPs were in charge. I have not seen the movie, but it seems that the makers of it chose to have the actors wear the shoulder patch of the 43rd Military Police Brigade, Rhode Island Army National Guard instead of that of the 800th...I point this out because the 43rd is one of the finest units in the Army and I am proud to wear thier patch on my right sleeve...it was in fact the 43d that closed Abu Ghraib in 2006 and was not even in Iraq during the time of the incident the movie is intended to protray. I have not and will not watch this movie, and believe if they cant get this simple detail right, I have no confidence any of the film represents the facts of what happened!
