There is a new economy forming that is changing the way we know things forever. Especially in the technology world and the way companies are going to performance based pay. Those who embrace the new economy ways and dont care what others think at first, will not only survive but they will thrive. Those who sit blindly and hope that the old ways will pan out and they can get by, will struggle and A LOT!
