There is a tendency of shifting to lusaka everytime a politician is elected into office. Members of parliament are abandoning their pipo and take to lusaka to live in houses that never even crossed their mind. If l had power to singlehandedly make neccessary adjustments to the constitution,l would formulate policies that would put everyone on the same social scale. If the MP goes to live in lsk all the pipo should!
