Please visit my site & review my situation. This is a situation of willful & malicious cop misconduct as well as later administrative misconduct to which I was the sole target. I must file a civil law suit within the appropriate AZ court no later than 20 August 2014, & then a criminal complaint against the City of Phoenix & Maricopa County Attorney Office no later than 1 September 2014. Beyond these dates, any further efforts to correct this wrong against my Family & I will probably be useless. The City employees listed above, caused the loss of my fulltime US employment, loss of private clients, loss of a foreign security contract, a restriction from OCONUS contracting & the loss of my familys home. Their bosses right along with Greg Stanton, the Mayor, Dan Garcia, the Police Chief, & the County Attorney, Bill Montgomery, are squarely behind them. This has become a situation of mass tampering with, concealing, relocating & destroying evidence. The appropriate offices have been notified. My Sons are in North Carolina & I no longer have a home. Yes, I was training in open public as I had for years & with the BRIGHT BLUE rubber ducks (M4 & M1911A1 training devices) displayed within the pic & 2nd video, Cop Misconduct 2. This PT was being conducted in full value solar light & during a 14-mile run in the kit as displayed below in the image. The specific purpose for the light fighter pt was the preparation for an OCONUS contract to begin 15 August 2013. 14 City Government agents of the Maryvale Precinct blocked my rear & initiated hostilities against me. They used their special penmanship in the Incident Report, indicating among other things, they were attacked by me twice. I intentionally refrained from touching any of the professional liars. While I did not attempt to escape or evade, I prevented 1 of them from striking me with his fist by placing the bogus M4 in between my attacker & I. They charged me with 2 felony counts of Aggravated Assault on an ofcr, 3 felony counts of Resisting Arrest & 3 misdemeanor counts of Disorderly Conduct. In addition, they reported my name to the Dept of Homeland Security as being a Probable Terrorist. They were shown a valid US Defense Dept id card (CAC) which also nearly disappeared. I was charged, booked & put in jail. There is too much to input here without turning this into a novel.
