There is an old song by Otis Redding called, Try a Little Tenderness. Now this song was talking about the relationship between a man and a woman, but I believe that those 4 words can pack a punch in all situations! People are often harsh when dealing with the mistakes and shortcomings of others. They really should stop and take a look around and remember where God has brought them from. We must be firm, and stand on Gods Word. But we must remember that God is still being kind and gentle with us, for we are still sinful creatures that are covered by the blood of Jesus. Galatians 6:1 Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.
