There is any chances that an action in Romania to be stopped? is given by the government to kill the dogs without owner, if the dogs has been caught on the street and kept two weeks on a shelter. Some images I have seen a bit before writing this message shown a cruelty between people and that have to be immediately stopped. There is any way that to be solved? European community knows about what happens in Romania with the dogs without owner? DO THEY REALLY KNOW THE REAL TRUTH?
