There is conflict between the constitution and the appointment of Lokpal in which constitution says min 10%seat is required for leader of opposition whereas as law appointment of Lokpal leader of opposition is required. Second ,has apex court authority to give judgement on appointment of leader of opposition?in my opinion judiciary has no right to interfere in these types of issues. It is the authority of LS Chairperson. If suppose any party wins all 540 seats then what will happen in that case?
