There is going to be a Memorial Benefit Concert for our good friend David Beecham on Sunday August 3rd starting at 2pm at the Big Sandy City Park Pavillion. This will be an event the while family can enjoy. We lost our friend Dave recently and many of his friends want to take this opportunity to remember him with music and hopefully raise some money for his wife Patty to help out on expenses. Committed to play so far are Risky Business, Tommy and Roy Akers, Josh McKee, James Goody Goodwin, Jeff Finch, The Storm Angels, Jimmy and Ricky Stewart, Mark and Ryan Holladay and hopefully more can be added if their schedules allow. We are in the beginning planning stages of this event and are hoping for a couple of food vendors to donate their time also. Dave, his brother Jason and their good friend Mark Lindsay brought many hours of enjoyment to music lovers with their band 69 South and this is our opportunity to remember Dave!
