There is much blame to go around regarding Max. The owner was a fool to video police while in possession of his dog. The police are way to uptight about a man video taping them. The fact remains with so many examples of pets being killed by police (the numbers and circumstances are staggering) the police must embrace while communities must insist for police training on dog behavior and non-lethal constraint. This is not police bashing or meant to provoke ill-will toward police. Thank you for any support or shares I may receive. Please help protect our most faithful of all companions.
