There is no acceptable explanation for Obamas using the NSA to spy - TopicsExpress

There is no acceptable explanation for Obamas using the NSA to spy on the American citizenry. The U. S. Constitution granted him NO power or authority to do so. What he did was breach his trust with all of the citizenry and violate their rights under the Fourth Amendment to the U. S. Constitution, an amendment that protects all American citizens from unlawful search and seizure. It also granted him no power to spy on the electronic communications of foreign leaders who are our allies and of no danger to America. Neither does the Constitution grant him the power and authority to use agencies and departments of the Executive Branch of government, such as the IRS, to violate the rights of conservative citizens or conservative organizations, businesses, or groups. Yet, he did so outside the bounds of the Constitution and some existing laws in the U. S. Law Code---and in violation of his Oath of Office. Any prior President who did such things would have been impeached and removed from office... or indicted and prosecuted for violating the Constitution and the privacy and constitutional rights of the American people.
