There is no doubt that creativity is the most important human resource of all.... Without creativity there would be no progress!! Then we would be forever repeating the same patterns.... Everyone is born creative.... Everyone is given a box of crayons as a child.... But then when you hit maturity they take your crayons away and replace them with dry, uninspiring books on algebra, history, politics, economics, ect ect... Then being suddenly hit years later with that creative bug was just that tiny little voice inside of me, thats always right telling me, Id like my crayons back.... There is a fountain of youth.... Its called my mind and my talents and my imagination.... When I learned how to tap into this source I truly defeated age!! For me insanity is super sanity, its the normal thats psychotic!! Normal means a lack of imagination, a lack of cognizant freedom and a lack of creativity!! Some of the most talented people I have known are those who have experienced crushing defeat... Known suffering.... Known struggle.... Known loss.... Yet have still managed to find their way out of the depths.... These people have an appreciation, a sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern for life, as well as other people!! Creative people do not just happen....They are refined!!! Because of their courage and their lack of fear creative people are willing to make illogical mistakes.... The truly creative person is one who can think crazy!! Im that type of a person and I know fully well that many of my great ideas will prove to be worthless.... But the creative person is flexible and is able to adjust as the situation changes, to break habits, to face indecision as well as changes in conditions without undue stress.... I am not threatened by the unexpected the same way rigid, inflexible people are... Creativity is thinking up new things.... Innovation is doing new things!!
