There is no institute or school where a nation can learn and have experience on a federal system of government. All those who became Ministers where never trained to become one. They just got it and went through it and now they want to tell us that they are better! Is there a faculty of Minister in any university in world? Is there any college for a nation to become a federalized system? Let those who thing they know tell us! We all came out of noble and prestigious universities! This country must enter into Federal system the way Kiir, Riek, Pagan, Lomoro, Igga, John Luke, Taban, Konga, Bakasoro, Majak, Chol Mayay, Lam entered into the worlds of ministers, governors without first hand experience! Ethiopia did not have previous experience of federal system but they got it and they are there! We are taking their route! We are developing a no reverse gear for that! good night!
