There is no leadership which is too small, you can see our minister of foreign affairs (Dr. Barrnaba Marial Benjamin) capital D has expand within a few weeks of his promotion to foreign minister. His appearance from now and last time is far more different. There are people just building capital D whilst some are surviving through borrowing until their salaries arrive just to keep their families alive. How people going to survive in this way and where is faith and equality.
