There is no requirement for different languages to have original words for everything. That is not how languages work. The evolution of languages formed as a tool of communication based on necessity and requirement. To me it feels forced when we make up words that would almost certainly be never adopted for public used. Language adoption plays a major role in how languages evolve. One can continue making up words as much as you like, but it can be argued that its a pointless exercise without adoption of such words in communication.
