There is no story that we dont here in Nigeria. I think some people at d helm of affairs are sick, mad or stupid. For christ sake why ask d pupil sitting for first schl leaving certificate examination to contribute #20 to photocopy question papers as the released papers can not go round. What it means is that govt does not know how many children that was registered for the exam. Any man or woman who committed ths blundr should be made to answer for it. Could ths be an Imo state affair ? There is nothing that our people back home dont say. Story, story, story every day.
