There is not one day that goes by without one or more of the techs at the pharmacy getting chewed out...yelled at or cursed at something that is beyond our control!! It isnt our fault if the Dr. doesnt call in your script when they say that they are.....it isnt our fault that you wait until you are out of a med and you dont have any refills left (order ahead)....it isnt our fault that you nsurance charges you to much (they set the price...we dont)....it isnt our fault that insurance doesnt pay until the day you are to refill....it isnt our fault that a certain med is out of stock (we cant control the suppliers)....it isnt our fault that you insurance has expired and you have the new card....we dont....it isnt our fault....lets just say that this could go on and on!! This is stuff that we get yelled at daily and it is upsetting to us to deal with customers who like to rip women apart!!! I had a lady get mad at me today because I could not check her out (she had a few groceries) because she had some weighables....like fruit or veggies! She yelled at me threw her stuff back into her cart and scampered off!! The people behind her was laughing....she was the one looking like an idiot not me!!!
