The CONservatives were caught breaking the law in several ridings during the last election, but Elections Canada didnt think it warranted any of the offending Cons losing their seats over it. So what do the Cons do? They legislate to change the rules so they can get away with it next time, mount personal attacks on the head of Elections Canada, and rape their budget to undermine the power of the only institution that can keep them from re-offending.
