There is planned constitutional amendment to freeing the Mpigs&the judiciary from state officers becoz of the salaries issue.Now they want SRC to determine the salaries of civilservant&teachers only while theirs will be delt with by parliamentary S.C&judiciary S.C. So in that case the difference from past is Trs&civilservants are put under SRC.This may be unconstitutional becz some commission determine the salaries of their employees while others are denied that.In which direction are we moving? or is this what we call full implementation of constitution?or segragative implementation of constitution?
