There is so much about this disease that is hard. So much that is just so cruel. When you have kids there is always that fear of losing them in a store or at an amusement park or in an accident, but never in your wildest dreams do you expect your child to be stolen from the inside out…to be stolen by their own body. Slowly taking away the ability to walk, to throw, to hug, to sit up, to talk, to eat, to swallow – all while everything but a small portion of their brain is perfectly healthy. Our Heavenly Father says Be still, and know that I am God His plan must be too glorious to comprehend, I believe it to be. He took Jaxon home today. I know that Jaxon is in a better place and is no longer suffering, but this is going to be an incredibly difficult time without his kind, smart, talented, loving little self here on earth with us. He will live on in our hearts forever and we cant wait to see you again one day Bubbie
