There is so much to be done and seen in this world. But, there are these things like television and video games and the internet that seem so preferable compared to all that which is called Life. And yet, we persist in immersing ourselves in such delusions because it is easier, more enjoyable, and less painful. Our interactions and relationships with one another are becoming illusory in nature, fading into the digital realm. Of course, there is beauty in the use of such electronics (when used properly), but then again, there is beauty in all things. Put down your phone. Show me the gleam in your eyes. Live this life.
