There is so much to think about, preparation for college, finishing all your homework, balancing school and interests. Its very easy to lose sight along the way. We were all children at some point, and weve all had aspirations, but i implore you to look back at that child you were and think about the things they wanted from you. Yes, most of the goals you had as a child are unrealistic, Cowboy Spacemen and President of the Sea, but those were the points in our life where our imagination was at its peak. You could literally play with the same toy for hours regardless of the place or time. There is too much strain on our imagination. A theologian said that, The problem with America today is that the nation is missing the image. Everyone must have a backup plan, and a backup plan to that, something to fall back on, if not a, then b, if not b then c, if not c then d. Then it happens through all this we lose sight of what we originally wanted. our plan A. Im not saying throw away your plans for the future, just think about that little kid who dreamed bigger than this world and maybe just try to re-inspire your imagination.
