There is something I need to know with the utmost urgency. If you are in a position to speak with authority about this. IE. if you are a Town Planner, Lawyer, Estate Agent, Property Developer, Architect etc. can you tell me; How many Times do you know of where a scheme has been amended to permit the construction of flats on property previously zoned for detached housing? It would be even more helpful if you have experience in this regard in other municipalities Please dont tell me about your UK, Hong Kong or Lapland Experience It is irrelevant, and please no hearsay, unless you have first hand experience or can state categorically it is so, Im not interested, This is very pertinent to my appeal against the Councils decision to rezone No 10 Poynton Place. Thank You.
