There is something exponentially more thoughtful, intimate and stimulating in the act of handwriting, than can ever be experienced in the mechanical action of typing. It is the tactile sensation of implement in hand, the feeling of paper against skin, and the fluid movements combined, from the thought in mind to shoulder, down the arm into the wrist and hand, that the pressing of keys whether metal or plastic can never match. There is always, in each letter of every word, the reality of uniqueness, which uniform typeset is by design incapable of even attempting.
