There may be a problem with what Ask.fm is saying. I understood that private internet users used dynamic ISP addresses whilst on the internet. A dynamic ISP address is one allocated, from a pool of ISP addresses which are held by your ISP, for the duration you are using the internet. Once you stop using it, the ISP address moves to someone else. If this is correct, Ask.fm are going to need the assistance of other organisations and then there may be a problem of the legality of those organisations releasing the information Ask.fm wants.
