There r some days when we wallow in self pity.we may have expectations on how our lives should be,expectations that arent always met.The more we try to make our lives conform to our expectations, the more uncomfortable we feel.self pity can arise from livjng in in our expectations instead of in the world it actually is. When the world doesnt measure up to ur expectations its often our expectations that need adjusting, not the world.. today i will except my life ,gratefully, just as it is.. will you ??
