There seems to be a shocking reservoir of racism in the whole population that has not been tackled yet by anti-racist legislation. Not only the report below but it seems people are still overwhelmingly marrying people of the same race? What can be done? In my memory only the Government of Zanzibar tackled this problem with the necessary resolution, when in the early Sixties all Persian girls were forcibly married to Africans to stop their exclusive behaviour. Should we be considering firm legislation in this area and , if not, why not?
