There should be a basic standard that is acceptable to keep your employees safe, not providing the mere BASICS in security is nothing short of negligent, quite frankly. Its going to be a fun but busy Holiday Season...if as the owner you are in the store front or not do the right thing for your employees and dont leave them as sitting ducks...at least TRY to avoid having them horribly traumatized or possibly killed so you can save a few dollars while making tons yourself. You can never guarantee you wont be victimized but you can at least not make it easy! HD camaras are quite inexpensive, security lights by Circuit Electrics Henry-Kirsten Thomas...We have a GREAT security company who has armed guards also we can recommend if your business requires! Check your systems and procedures! For all of us and for all hard working people lets have a SAFE and HAPPY Holiday!!
