There truly are no coincidences. Decided to take myself on a date to a restaurant tonight, and a sweet lady in her sixties who was sitting in the booth across from me came over after she was done her meal with her husband. She said I looked so similar to her daughter (not my mannerisms, just my looks - she clarified) who has been gone from this world for many years and she reached out to give my hand a gentle squeeze. I couldnt help but to get up to hug her and tell her its been a long while since I got to give a big hug to a mom, as mine has been gone for quite a while. She asked How long? Fifteen years, I said. She smiled and said her daughter has been gone the same. My cup runneth over and my eyes a bit as well.
