There was a change of court procedure. Today they did Ledouxs 72 hrs bond hearing. He was already out on bond so they set his Arraignment for 28FEB15, Courtroom 9 @ 0900. He was in and out of the courtroom quickly this morning and was backed by about 20 fellow Officers. FUNDRAISING IS NEEDED! Apparently the PBA doesnt cover the cost of getting an expert witness. That will have to come out of his pocket. Also, some of his family will be coming in from out of town for the trial. Maybe we can raise enough money to help offset their hotel costs as well. Im planning on having a bonfire party for him near West Monroe soon and taking donations for a cup. When thats solid I will post the date. Let me know what else yall come up with.
