There was a hot yoga class today at 11 am and I guess everyones intentions was to do Hot Yoga today because the class was too crowded. Some of us got turned away. I was initially disappointed, but decided I would get my movement in by going outside for a walk. The walk was exactly what I needed. To observe the beauty of what God has created, to breathe in the cold fresh air and to hug a tree and feel the grounded and yet expansive energy for 2015. The Universe always knows what I need. Thank you Tracy for our conversation during part of my walk.
