There was a little boy Id never met playing outside with my kids, he appeared to be unattended but didnt look much older than Emerson so I asked him what his name was. He said his name was Landon and that he lived in an apartment and gestured in the direction of an apartment complex a few blocks away. I asked how old he was and he said Five, I mean six, I mean nine... Im in first grade, I mean second grade and I mean... whats after second grade? Three grade? How do you say three differently for a grade? I said Third. and he nodded and said Yeah, yeah thats the grade Im about to be in. Just then Evan noticed he was wearing Star Wars shoes and complimented them to which he replied Thanks man, I stole them. Well alright.
