There was a point in my life that I relied on everyone else to bring me happiness. I even blamed people for a lot of my levels of unhappiness. I begin to go within myself and I remember asking myself no matter who you are with you constantly get back to the point where you are unhappy. I believe a week after that thought, I told myself only way you can maintain your happiness is if you are the conductor of it. Today, I reflect and I realize that was the best decision I could have ever made. Remember, NO ONE ELSE can bring you happiness. They may be able to contribute to your (already) levels of happiness. But they should not be your main source of happiness. I guarantee you once you begin to incorporate this way of thinking you’ll be very happy you did. Now go out today and make YOURSELF happy!!
