There was a thing on the radio last night about the guy who played - TopicsExpress

There was a thing on the radio last night about the guy who played the sax solo on Baker Street by Gerry Rafferty. This started me thinking about a teacher who I dont think has been mentioned on here before. Im sure his name was Ingham or Ingram (not the woodwork guy) he had blondish hair. He was probably the youngest male teacher and certainly the coolest, as he wore an ear stud - quite amazing considering most of the teachers were still pretty stuffy even in 79. He never taught me so I was wondering what he did teach? The Rafferty connection is because he once took charge of an assembly during which he played Get it Right Next Time by Rafferty. Cool or what!?
