There was a time when pujo meant the arati, dhunuchi nach, bhog - TopicsExpress

There was a time when pujo meant the arati, dhunuchi nach, bhog and endless chatters with friends...pujo meant cultural programs till mid night.....pujo meant securing the chairs in front rows.....luxury of having cold drinks and different snacks at our own will....cameras were only meant to click photos of the deity or programs...the chilly nights of Nagpur will make us forget about fashion and make us cover ourselves with shawls and sweaters.....there was no luxury or competition.....have never seen our mom or aunties showing off , they were too busy in pujo procedures and getting us ready for the programmes......all the uncles will be involved in organising things smoothly by this way or that...I dont remember we ever tried to even think of visiting any restaurant during pujo....the charm is gone now and the flavour has died...missing #Ambajhari.
