There was some excellent news last week out of West Memphis about an expansion that will create some new jobs but at the same time will increase significantly the opportunities for ag-producers to ship their products on our waterways. Cargill announced a $45 million expansion in West Memphis that will allow for an even greater amount of ag products to be shipped on barges.
