There were many dangerous delusions on my path, I got out of them when felt danger of those. It felt like my thinking was changing so severely. Summer 2011: I went to a swamp not far from my house and felt something was in there and wanted me to jump into it. STOP and walk away. By the way I sent some coded sygnals from Shaw telephone (I have no idea what buttons I pressed there and no idea which abracadabra it was, it felt a serious thing to do, right away, right now). Again, STOP and think what did it mean: several ideas which came up later in detective, horror, police sygnals and UFO legends of my Chacherezada voices. So, those urges were monitored by myself without limiting it, only this STOP and I was out of it.
