There will be a board meeting this week on Thursday, January 8th, 6pm at the Pizza Factory on Monte Vista Ave. If you are interested in helping us plan 2015, please join us. Participating as a board member of our organization will keep you informed and able to help other parents to understand how we manage our organization. Any members with ideas on how to save money and/or streamline our operations are greatly appreciated! A major item on the agenda at this weeks board meeting will be the requirements necessary for families to satisfy the work requirement for the return of deposits. We are considering requiring the work hours to be done all in one day, so that parents can work one full home date (all 4 games) and have the rest of the home games off to enjoy their childs games. If you have input to help us with these requirements, please attend the meeting.
