There will be two cases against the man who was driving the car that hit Summer. He will be in court again next Wednesday. My son has already been in the county attorneys office in order to make sure all the judges rulings are being given attention fully. Money is not an issue, its that we want this man to pay for his crimes and to hopefully save someone else from him. The judge did take the learners permit that he had and did not let him leave the court room until it was in the court room and surrendered. The judge did ask him how he had a permit with convicted prior DUI. We followed him out of the court house and heard him tell his family that his attorney told him he is in a lot of trouble. Lets hope and pray that all the processes are given correct attention and that he will go to court on all counts.
