Theres ZERO reason for citizens to have drivers licenses. The only person who is required to have a drivers license, is a person employed by a private company to drive on the highways, and public servants. The reasons they are required and not citizens, is specifically for liability purposes only. When driving as a citizen, it is your personal responsibility (safety), and your liability (insurance), if you drive while employed to drive, then its the companies liability and responsibility(License) (companies insurance). The license distinguishes a person who is driving on behalf of a company or corporation. Citizens do not need a license because they do not need to distinguish themselves from anyone. The personal responsibility of each citizen is their own, thus they get insurance (The government forces the insurance companies to require you to have a license to get insurance,,,which is BULLSHIT).
