Theres a German Shepherd at Pali naka thats kept tied through the day & night. Its been kept as a guard dog at Sarah House, 13, Pali Naka (in the lane behind Janta & Mahavir Electricals), Bandra. I had got in touch with the SPCA, but all the owners were given was a warning and not surprisingly the dog remained tied. The owners are Sarah Builders or something similar sounding. I followed-up with the SPCA, but I doubt any action has been taken. Since I was in Bombay on holiday, theres no way I can check up on him or do much about the situation. If anyones dealt with such a situation & youre in Bombay, do help. It breaks my heart to think the poor baby will spend the rest of his/her life tied-up.
