Theres a distinct difference between being skinny and being fit and healthy. Its all good to want to be thin and lose some weight, but if youre only changing your diet to some shake meal replacement and you arent considering any cardio or getting your daily nutrients intake at all, youre kidding youself. The key to a better lifestyle is a healthy BALANCED diet with exercise. There is no shortcuts, there is no super meal plan. Cats out of the bag.
