Theres a list of dog breeds that are deemed dangerous and the list is growing in number as you read this. Its not, and has not been, just pit bulls. What does it mean if your dogs breed is on the list? In some places ownership is banned, think Miami, Denver and San Francisco. If you rent your home or apartment, finding one will be near impossible, and if you own your own home, townhome, condo, no property insurance company will give you insurance. Think you dont have to tell them? Make a claim and wait until they ask your neighbors what they know and one innocently says something, anything about your dog and wham, just like that your claim is denied, and your insurance, cancelled. So, why not get on board and help to end BSL? Remember the story about the man wouldnt stand up to discrimination because they werent coming for him? Well, now they are.
